The module is a web-based interactive database on funding, in-kind contributions, and projects/programs funded by the international community. The module is the main tool of the Haitian government to implement the coordination framework in order to improve the planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of foreign aid, and its integration into the budget process in Haiti in order to promote transparency and accountability of funds. The module enables the government to make informed decisions and allocate resources where they are most needed.
