CIDA collaborates with the Government of Mozambique and other donors to identify, manage and effectively implement technical assistance as necessary. Some of these needs include: gender-sensitive and environmentally-conscious strategic planning; monitoring and evaluation; evidence-based policy development; strengthened accountability structures, including procurement and audit; gender budgeting; strengthened intergovernmental linkages; budget consultations; and communications.
