The goal is to increase the PASF’s efficiency in providing security services to Palestinians. Project activities include: (1) enabling centralized vehicle maintenance; (2) providing material to bring emergency response training to an international standard; and (3) making safety upgrades at the small arms safety training facility, including the installation of washrooms reserved for female officers. These activities complement the ongoing institutional capacity-building efforts by Operation PROTEUS, Canada’s contribution to the United States Security Coordinator.
