This project works to maintain an effective response to COVID-19, and avoid the burden of preventable morbidity and mortality in Ethiopia. This project also focuses on optimizing the health of women, children and vulnerable populations. Project activities include: (1) strengthening the capacity of selected primary health care units (PHCUs); (2) improving the regional capacity to provide governance and coordination of health services; and (3) building capacity of PHCUs on health system resilience aligned with federal health strategies and plans.
