CA-3-P011200001 2026-06-15T06:32:38 The purpose of this project is to support Haitian National Police Academy (NPA) and the Haitian National Police (HNP) in protecting the Haitian population to improve public security in Haiti. The initiative contributes to the effort to reduce crime through an increased police presence. Project activities include: (1) developing a training module on crisis management for senior members of the HNP and members of the high command; (2) creating a plan to secure NPA facilities; (3) upgrading existing infrastructures while considering female police officers’ gender-specific needs; (4) implementing remote training programs for HNP inspectors and commissionaires in the regions; and (5) establishing a management skills development program for female police officers.
