Project activities include (1) providing technical assistance to targeted communities in the high Andes to enable and strengthen ecosystem-based adaptation measures and climate resilient value chains; (2) establishing a financing facility with public and private investments to provide indigenous men and women with access to finance sustainable livelihoods; and (3) increasing women’s participation in territorial planning and governance processes.
