The project bolsters ICASO's Strategic Plan 2012-2016, which works toward the following results: community leadership and advocacy for a comprehensive HIV response; community engagement on key and emerging HIV policy issues; strong community systems for health and rights; and a strong global community HIV movement. ICASO envisions an end to the HIV pandemic through universal access to prevention, treatment, care, and support within a human rights framework.
