Technical assistance is contributing to the following expected results: 1) national policies and a regulatory framework for land administration are developed and functioning; 2) capacity of relevant RGC departments and institutions, particularly the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), is increased; 3) land titling program and land registration system are developed and functioning; 4) appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms are developed and strengthened.
