This project represents funds set aside for advisory services and evaluation of the African Water Facility - Phase II project. For administrative reasons, sometimes the funds identified for this purpose are included in the main project budget and sometimes, as in this case, they are assigned a separate project number.

While serving as important enabling mechanisms, no direct development outcomes are attributable to initiatives such as these.
