Description 

The Ethiopia-Canada Cooperation Office (ECCO), formerly known as the Programme Support Unit, is a Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) project established to provide support in the development and management of the Canadian development cooperation program in the Horn of Africa. The ECCO seeks to strengthen CIDA's field presence by effectively delivering new program approaches and providing high-level professional support to the Government of Ethiopia (GoE) and to CIDA. The ECCO is a flexible, efficient and proactive mechanism capable of responding to evolving program needs.
