This project allows the Pan-Africa Program to obtain consulting services in order to begin a dialogue, and to share knowledge with African partner institutions. In consultation and partnership with African regional organizations, the Pan-Africa Program provides funding for institutional, sectoral and thematic analyses and studies. It is expected that African regional organizations benefit from the consulting assignments, which allows the organizations to develop their own capacities in planning, management and performance measurement.
