Expected results

The expected outcomes for this project include: (1) improved bilateral relationship between Belize and Guatemala; (2) increased acceptance of settling the territorial dispute in the International court of Justice (ICJ) and fixing the date of the referenda; and (3) increased effectiveness of communities and armed forces of Belize and Guatemala to reduce the number of violent incidents in the Adjacency Zone.
