The goal of this project is to improve effective humanitarian responses through the provision of improved, context-specific information on humanitarian needs. The project's purpose is to develop a core of effective, reliable and trained assessment experts to lead and support timely, high quality, coordinated, multi-sectoral needs assessments on behalf of Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Country Teams.
