Project profile — Youth bridges for democratization and participation

This initiative intends to bridge the gap between citizens and local authorities in the West Bank by increasing their knowledge on the functions and mandates of local authorities; and their willingness to engage meaningfully in the decision-making process. The project will achieve this by: (1) organizing capacity building trainings on election laws and regulations (2) implementing social accountability mechanisms to increase contact between citizens and local authorities.
