Project profile — Jordan armed forces northern border defensive stores project

The goal of this project is to reduce Jordan’s vulnerability to transnational organized crime and terrorism at the Jordanian northern border through the provision of raw materials to enable the production of defensive stores to secure the border. The provision of raw materials to the Royal Jordanian engineering corps for the production of defensive stores will address the obstacle gaps in priority areas of the border. Project activities include: procuring and delivering raw materials to the Royal Jordanian engineering corps factory to enable the production of defensive stores to secure the Jordanian northern border.

The expected outcomes of this project include: improved the Jordan armed forces capabilities to counter transnational organized crime and terrorism threats across the northern border.
